The Burns Unit - Send them kids to war - just love this performance brilliant

Low - Witches - I think this song is about madness not misogyny, turn it up

Nils Lofgren - Keith don't go - one of my favourite artists, I saw him live in London at the time Cry Tough was released, a bit of a show off on this performance but if you can play like this why not...

Neil Young - Cortez the Killer - Zuma was not my favourite album, it would have to be On the Beach, with Nils in the Crazy Horse band, but this is the stand out song and an epic version at that. I especially like the crazed eyes and the, "Here he comes" towards the end

Emily Smith - Silver Tassie - she played here, just up the road in the community hall, last year , great performance, and the album of Burns songs is wonderful

Sorry about the ads and note Parental Guidance warning but this is a great song: PlanB, ill Manors

Ben Drew talking about ill Manors on Radio 1

My favourite hip hop artist,  Lupe Fiasco - Daydreamin' (please note the lyrics employ irony)

With its wonderful Song Thrush sample, I'm always partial to some bird song with my music, Pink Flyd, Granchester Meadows, a song from Ummagumma
